Hybrid heterojunction solar cells based on single?walled carbon nanotubes and amorphous silicon thin films

چکیده

Hybrid heterojunction solar cells based on silicon and single-walled carbon nanotube (SWCNT) thin films have a simple structure their manufacture employ low-temperature processes. Moreover, progress has been rapid during the last decade, wherein efficiency of combining hydrogenated amorphous (a-Si:H) SWCNTs film increased from 0.03% to 8.80%. Here, we present comprehensive overview state-of-the-art SWCNTs/a-Si:H cells. In addition technology review, important special features such as adhesion SWCNT a-Si:H, interface between influence performance heterojunctions are included. Future paths for improving also suggested. Finally, key challenges trends further research development SWCNTs/amorphous discussed.
